Problem: In this eLearning Design Challenge, an MRI imaging center was opening a new clinic. Clinic leaders wanted to ensure zero incidents and accidents in the MRI suite and the safety of staff and patients.
Solution: An eLearning module was necessary to educate staff on the hazards of MRI exposure, safety risks present in the MRI suite, hazardous objects not permitted in the suite, patient pre-screening procedures, and safety protocols.

Problem: A nutrition coach needed to reduce the time spent reiterating program information to clients.
Solution: A needs analysis determined that an eLearning module would effectively educate clients on the program’s details, significantly reducing time spent reiterating information.

Problem: In this concept project, a tour guide company’s profit analysis revealed a decrease in income and a decline in bookings. Customer reviews indicated disappointment in the tour guides’ lack of knowledge about the island’s history and popular landmarks resulting in recommendations against using the company for future business.
Solution: A needs analysis concluded that an eLearning module was necessary to educate tour guides on the island’s top 3 tourist destinations. The module needed to be easily accessible on mobile devices for guides to access during tours.
